Lifelong Learning

Join us in learning a traditional Japanese needlework technique that combines beauty and functionality. Originally developed as a method of mending and reinforcing fabric, sashiko has evolved into a celebrated decorative art form. In this hands-on course, you'll learn the foundational stitching techniques, explore traditional patterns, and create your own sashiko designs. You'll gain insights into the cultural significance of sashiko and its meditative, rhythmic stitching process.
